Leadership is a natural human capacity. Each person accesses it uniquely.	Participants will recognize their own leadership capacity .
Leadership is expressed externally through decision-making, relationships with colleagues and students, and the approach to learning that governs the faculty/student experience.	Participants will explore and develop individual leadership skills, connecting their skills to the educational missions of their departments or programs.
The leadership module will address both the internal experience that fosters personal leadership and the external environment that is created from the expression of innovative leadership.
